Will Jon Jones stand the chance to give off his one and only championship band in Light-Heavyweight for the only reason of being outraged about the salary being offered by UFC.
Numerous arguments between UFC President Dana White and the present Light-Heavyweight champion Jon Jones about his salary is now a hot issue in recent days. Especially when both of them is accused each other of telling lies about the remuneration for the fight between Jon Jones and Francis Ngannou.
On the one hand, Dana White revealed that Jones offered a really huge amount of money, even it was quite as high as the level of Boxing superstar Deontay Wilder”. On the other hand, the UFC champion accused the president Dana White of “telling whopping great lies with his fans.”
Being driven to the utmost feeling, a few days ago, Jon Jones uploaded a status on his Twitter account with the content of being ready for dropping his Light-Heavyweight championship band and will only compete until 2021 under the condition of being offered suitable remuneration.
“Reyes vs. Jan let go his Light-Heavyweight championship band. At this present, fighting against him is nothing which matters to me. Let me know if all of you want a fight between me and Israel Adesanya in 2021. I hope that you will be in great financial status to pay for it.” – Jone wrote on Twitter.
It can be seen that Jon Jones has spoke all of his deepest thoughts out loud throughout the previous time being together with UFC. Firstly, the biggest problem still lays on the salary. This American MMA fighter is ready for a Super Fight fight even with Francis Ngannou or Israel Adesanya.
Secondly, with this financial status of UFC at this present, maybe “Bone” Jones knows that increasing his salary is something impossible. Therefore, 2021 might be a more suitable time for this demand of Jon Jones.
